Sick Sick Sick

I am very sick right now with pneumonia but I have been feeling better this morning so I will update the missing days later this evening. I am sorry to anyone who's been thrown off kilter by me not updating. I apologize.

I'm SO sorry to hear that you have been so sick! I hope you are on the up-in-up now. That is no fun at all. No pressure to return, although I simply LOVE your writing!

Hi Dani. :) I have been feeling much better the last two days, but no worries, my lungs are always giving me trouble. I shouldn't have any problem updating tonight. Thank you.

I am new to your blog, so I will spend your sick time catching up on your old posts. Speaking of old, in your "my goal" section, you mention being 28 and hoping to take some of your youth with you into your 30's. No worries! I am 38, husband of ten years, father of an awesome 15 month old daughter, and I feel as awesome and full of life as I ever did in my 20's. That was not always the case, but most of my problems came from being wrapped up in having too much stuff. It is all about maintaining three things - body, mind, and soul. Those three things are incredibly adaptable and if any of the three are allowed to languish, they will begin to shut down. If they are regularly exercised, they will grow and remain strong. Work out, read, and love. Once you are happy with yourself, then you can share that happiness with someone else. If you feel you are stuck in a rut, try something totally out of your comfort zone! You probably only get one shot at this crazy life, so try everything. (A good chiropractor and massage therapist help a lot too). Being sick is a big bag of suck, I hope you get well soon!
